Fiberart International 2025 Call for Entry Featured
Contemporary Craft and Brew House Art have teamed up for the 25th Fiberart International, which invites fiber artists to submit their work for a group exhibition in Pittsburgh. More than $10,000 in prizes will be awarded. There is a $45 entry fee.

Request for Qualifications: West Harbor Waterfront Public Art (California)
Angels Gate Cultural Center is seeking proposals for public art in murals, large-scale sculpture, sound art, digital art projections/video displays, multi-sensory experiences, and more. Budgets range from $1,000 to $80,000.
Deadline: 11:59 p.m. PT on July 8, 2024.
Malamegi Lab Art Prize (International)
Artists working in drawings, paintings, sculptures, photographs, graphics, mixed media, and video are invited to submit to the Lab Rome ’24 prize worth €1,000.

TEDxChicago Call for Artists and Performers (Chicago)
This request for proposals is open to artists and performers working in any medium: studio, digital, sculpture, social practice, spoken/ written word, dance/choreography, performance art, and sound/music. Selected applicants will receive stipends between $150 and $300 and two tickets to the fall conference.
Deadline: 5 p.m. CT on July 12, 2024.
VII: Annual Filter Photo Members Exhibition (International)
VII is looking for up to four images from a single body of work for this online and projected exhibition. Applicants must be members, and the fee is $45.

The 15th Epson International Pano Awards (International)
This award is dedicated to the art and craft of panoramic photography and has a prize pool of $50,000. Entry fees are $20 to $22 per image.
Deadline: Midnight UTC-11 on July 15, 2024.
Beautiful Bizarre Art Prize (International)
This annual, non-acquisitive prize accepts work in all static mediums and all styles. Beautiful Bizarre awards more than $65,000 in cash and prizes. and there is a $40 entry fee.

Art for Change Prize (International)
Open to emerging artists in the first five years of their practice, this year’s prize asks applicants to respond to the theme of “Tomorrow’ing: Visions of a Better Future.” Five winners will receive £2,000, and one will receive £10,000. Winning artists will also exhibit their work at Saatchi Gallery in London.

BigCi Environmental Awards 2024 (International)
Artists working in visual art, installation, multimedia, performance, literature, music, photography, filmmaking, and curating are invited to submit entries for the BigCi Environmental Awards 2024. Two winners will receive four-week funded BigCi residencies and $4,000. There is a $35 entry fee.

Arte Laguna Prize (International)
In its 19th year, this annual prize is open to artists and designers working in painting, sculpture, installation, photography, video and films, performance and acting, digital art, digital graphics, cartoons, environmental and land art, street art, and design. One winner will receive €10,000 and an exhibition. Entry fees range from €97.60 to €122.

On the Shelf: A Photo Book Exhibition (International)
In conjunction with the 2024 Filter Photo Festival, Filter Photo is hosting an open theme call for well-conceived, original, and compelling photo books, whether self-published, handmade, or commercially published. One winner will receive $500. There is a $25 entry fee.

Prisma Art Prize (International)
This annual art prize is open to artists working in painting, engraving, and drawing and offers exhibition opportunities and €2,300 in cash awards annually. There is a €29 entry fee.

RAISE YOUR ZINE! 3rd Edition (International)
THE DOCKS invites photographers worldwide to submit to the third edition of RAISE YOUR ZINE! Chosen applicants will produce a fanzine and exhibit work at the RAISE YOUR ZINE! festival in Naples. There is a €15 application fee.

The Bennett Prize (International)
Women figurative realist painters are eligible for this prize, which offers one winner $50,000 and a solo show, with an additional finalist receiving $10,000. There is a $40 application fee.

Passepartout Photo Prize (International)
Open to any style, process, or subject matter, this annual prize offers €500, an exhibition in Rome, and a publication. Enter before June 10, 2024, for the early fee of €20.

NSMA International Painting Competition (International)
Open to professionals and students, this competition focuses on contemporary realism in painting, and all subject matter is welcome. One winner will receive $25,000, and finalists will be exhibited at the New Salem Museum and Academy of Fine Art.

Sony World Photography Awards 2025 (International)
Open to photographers worldwide shooting on any device, this contest includes top prizes of $25,000, a solo exhibition in London, Sony digital imaging equipment, press and media coverage, and more.

Grants
VH AWARD for Emerging Asian Media Artists (International)
The five finalists for this award by Hyundai Motor Group will each receive $25,000 in production grants and participate in an online residency program with Eyebeam. The Grand Prix recipient will be awarded an additional $25,000. Read more on Colossal.

ARTNOIR’s Jar of Love Fund (New York)
ARTNOIR and Sotheby have collaborated on the Jar of Love Fund, which offers $5,000 unrestricted grants to those working in visual art, performance art, dance, choreography, design, curation, and more. The grant provides support, mentorship, and career development for artists, designers, curators, and cultural producers of color.

Artists Run Chicago Fund (Chicago)
Applications are open for Athe Artists Run Chicago Fund from Hyde Park Art Center. Artist-run platforms are eligible for $8,000 unrestricted grants.

The Adolf and Esther Gottlieb Emergency Grant (International)
The Adolph and Esther Gottlieb Emergency Grant program provides one-time interim financial assistance to qualified painters, printmakers, and sculptors whose needs resulted from an unforeseen catastrophic incident and who lack the resources to meet that situation. Awardees typically receive $5,000, up to $15,000.

Adobe Creative Residency Community Fund (Ukraine)
Adobe’s Creative Residency Community Fund commissions visual artists to create company projects on a rolling basis. Awardees will receive between $500 and $5,000.

Pollock-Krasner Foundation Grant (International)
The foundation welcomes applications from actively exhibiting visual artists who are painters, sculptors, and artists who work on paper, including printmakers. Grants are intended for one year and range up to $50,000. The artist’s circumstances determine the size of the grant, and professional exhibition history will be considered.

Residencies, Fellowships, & More
Penland School of Craft (International)
This program is for professional craft artists at a pivotal moment in their practice or career. Depending on the applicant’s goals, there are two options: a one-year project-based residency, and a three-year career transition residency. Chosen artists receive housing and studio space.

RUPERT Residency (International)
Artists, writers, curators, researchers, academics, and cultural workers are eligible for one- to three-month residencies in Vilnius. Chosen applicants will receive studio space and lodging. There is a €20 application fee

Ucross Artist Residencies (International)
Open to visual artists, writers, composers, choreographers, interdisciplinary artists, performance artists, and collaborative teams, this residency offers private studios, meals, a $1,500 stipend, and housing. There’s a $40 application fee.

Loghaven Artist Residency (International)
Emerging and established artists working in architecture, dance, interdisciplinary art, music, theater, visual art, and writing are eligible to apply. Residents receive an $850 per week stipend, travel and freight funding, lodging, and studio space.

Crosstown Arts Residency (International)
This program offers two- to three-month residencies in visual arts, music, film, and writing. Residents receive studio space and lodging if non-local.

2024 ICCI ART VALLEY PROGRAM Visiting Artists (International)
Five artists and scholars will be invited to Shanghai for a residency from November 1 to December 15, 2024. Residents will participate in public workshops and lectures, exhibit their works, and receive housing, airfare, ¥10,000, and more.

Bryn Du Mansion Artist in Residence (U.S.)
Artists of all disciplines are eligible for this program, which offers a $2,000 stipend for an eight-week residency and $3,000 for 12 weeks. Lodging and studio space are provided. There is a $15 application fee.

The Hodder Fellowship (International)
Open across disciplines, this fellowship provides $90,000 to artists who spend ten months at Princeton University. No formal teaching is required.
