Fancy a trip abroad? Somewhere arty? Healthy budget? Then consider heading to the Kistefos Museum in Jevnaker, Norway, billed as “home to one of Europe’s most impressive contemporary sculpture parks”. The centrepiece of the park is The Twist, a 1,000-square-metre gallery that turns 90 degrees over the Randselva River.

But to sample the best of Kistefos Museum, the sustainable luxury travel curator Up Norway recommends what a publicity blurb describes as an “ultra-exclusive private art and dining experience”. This bespoke programme includes, among other treats, an “art-inspired” four-course dinner inside The Twist, plus after-hours private access to Kistefos Museum and sculpture park guided by the senior curator Kate Smith.

And all of this can be yours for (drum roll please) a mere $26,300 for up to four guests. It is worth noting that the fee also includes private car transfer from Oslo—what a snip!
