La Morosa Española
In her second exhibition at Sadie Coles HQ, Georgia Gardner Gray delves into the curious world of the cobrador del frac, a Spanish institution embodying the ‘frock-coated debt collector,’ to probe the depths of universal social performativity. Spanning painting, sculpture, and theatre, Gardner Gray’s multidisciplinary practice presents a kaleidoscopic realm teeming with carnivalesque scenes, where a diverse cast of characters drawn from capitalist archetypes and internet subcultures converge.

Georg Baselitz: A Confession of My Sins
To inject a little more main-character energy into your day, visit White Cube Bermondsey for Georg Baselitz’s latest display of personal iconography. Baselitz frequently features himself and his wife as subjects, exploring the merging of human and non-human elements, inspired by the likes of Picasso, de Kooning, and Munch. This exhibition is a reflection of Baselitz’s lifetime of experiences and artistic evolution, delving into his youth for pictorial references while offering homages to artistic influences.

Pissing on the Inferno, Mythic From the Pacific
Presenting new works by Plum Cloutman, Pissing On the Inferno: Mythic From the Pacific lures viewers into Cloutman’s dreamscapes. With a bricolage of textures, tones and moods that recall the hazy and unreliable nature of dreams and memory, Cloutman uses brush, pencil and pastel to create wildly imaginative and wholly captivating works.

Gerard Schneider
Cardi Gallery is showcasing a selection of works from Gérard Schneider, a prominent post-war painter. Embracing the ethos of Lyrical Abstraction, Schneider’s pieces, dating from 1956 to 1981, illustrate the evolution of his formal language over the post-war period. His paintings reflect a steadfast dedication to the poetics of abstraction, while also revealing a shift towards a more fluid and minimalist visual style influenced by Japanese calligraphy. AGGRESSIVE DR1FTER PART II
The second chapter of Harmony Korine’s acclaimed 2023 exhibition, ‘AGGRESSIVE DR1FTER,’ promises viewers an exhilarating journey through the maverick’s unique artistic universe. In his latest London show, Korine unveils a collection of acid-hued paintings inspired by his recent cinematic venture, ‘Aggro Dr1ft.’ Building upon three decades of relentless experimentation, Korine’s work pulsates with a rarely seen luminosity in contemporary canvases; tingling teals and charged cobalt to unearthly oranges and atomic reds zap viewers to an immediate encounter with Korine’s dystopian worlds.
